Venue & stations
Hours, closures, a reservable station register, equipment capabilities, availability and maintenance blocks.
02 / SCOPE & READINESS
A gaming-centre product can grow in many directions. PlayCircuit’s roadmap keeps the operating basics, separately entitled extensions and unapproved territory easy to tell apart.
These are product commitments and direction, not a statement that a feature is currently available. Service setup, qualification, commercial terms and release readiness are confirmed separately.
The operating core
One location. A real room. A small team supporting play from open to close.
Hours, closures, a reservable station register, equipment capabilities, availability and maintenance blocks.
Customer records, authorized contacts, private customer access, and a clear view of that person’s bookings and passes.
Configured durations and rates, availability by resource and player count, staff-assisted booking, walk-ins and collision-aware changes.
Check-in, session start, extension, station reassignment, completion, cancellation and no-show evidence.
Payment status, offline evidence, receipts, and daily views for bookings, passes, utilization, downtime and no-shows.
A venue’s managed public website can introduce its offer and hand a visitor into the approved booking journey.
Separately entitled
Useful expansions with their own configuration, contracts, operational support and readiness gates.
Multiple branches and carefully defined cross-location passes.
Tournaments, brackets, leaderboards and community moderation.
Food, merchandise, inventory and point-of-sale operations.
Dynamic pricing, loyalty and referral programmes.
These are separately entitled product directions, not included by default.
Outside the promise
Real-money play, gambling, wagers and prize-money custody are excluded.
Age and guardian requirements must be supported and configured; they are never assumed.
Installed games, hardware, prices and “available now” messages need verified venue data.
Refunds, payouts and settlement need their own approved provider and reconciliation terms.
Biometric surveillance and unrestricted camera analysis are outside the product direction.
A product direction, not a spectacle
The right venue experience starts with its real equipment, team, policies and customers—then grows with proven needs.
